Replacing your window wipers is a very simple and easy to do task.

In order to do this, simply pull the wipers away from the windscreen and lift them towards you. You should then be able to pop off the wiper blade and replace it with a new one. Window wipers should be replaced minimum once a year. You may need to replace them more frequently if you live in an area with harsh winter weather.
